Join us on the Village Green on July 13 for Community Night, an opportunity for Summit non-profits to promote their work to the community! Participating organizations can begin setting up at 5PM and must be ready for visitors by 5:45PM. Organizations must provide their own table and chairs and are permitted to have one table that is no longer than eight feet in length. Pop-up tents are permitted and must be no larger than 10 feet by 10 feet in size. No fundraising by participating organizations is permitted during Community Night. Department of Community Programs staff will be available to assist organizations with setup on the night of the event. Beginning at 7PM, Element K will perform as part of the Hot Summer Nights concert series. To participate as an organization, please sign up online .
