The Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission is offering a virtual Teen Speak Series in August for parents, caregivers, and youth-serving professionals in Bridgewater, Green Brook, Warren, and Watchung. This program, hosted by Empower Somerset is an interactive 2-session series that provides parents, caregivers, and professionals with information and tools to engage in essential conversations with teens. The goal is to improve decision-making and encourage healthy behavior choices through the education and support of trusted adults.
